The Aston Martin Vantage Roadster Has Arrived
Aston Martin is thrilled to introduce the Vantage Roadster, an exhilarating addition to the celebrated Vantage range. As a convertible counterpart to the Vantage Coupé, this 2024 release builds on Aston Martin’s reputation for combining luxury and performance in a sector-defining package.
Powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine delivering 665PS and 800Nm of torque, the Vantage Roadster achieves remarkable performance, reaching 0-60mph in just 3.5 seconds with a top speed of 202mph. The advanced lightweight aluminium structure ensures agile handling, while the adaptive suspension and bespoke Michelin tyres deliver exceptional grip and confidence on the road.
The Roadster’s cutting-edge Z-fold roof is the fastest of its kind, operating in just 6.8 seconds at speeds up to 31mph. Designed with eight layers of insulation, it ensures a refined cabin experience comparable to the Coupé. Despite the addition of the convertible roof, the Vantage Roadster weighs only 60kg more than its hard-top sibling, thanks to meticulous engineering.
A Design Masterpiece
Retaining the signature lines of the Coupé, the Vantage Roadster is as stunning with the roof down as it is with it raised. New paint options, including Iridescent Sapphire and Bronze Flare, complement the car’s bold aesthetics. Customisation options through Q by Aston Martin allow customers to create a truly personalised driving machine.
Celebrating Heritage and Innovation
The Vantage Roadster pays homage to a 75-year tradition of open-top Aston Martins, starting with the DB2 in 1950. The model also marks 20 years since the launch of the modern V8 Vantage, blending historical legacy with state-of-the-art technology. The next-generation infotainment system, developed in-house, features a 10.25-inch touchscreen with seamless connectivity, voice control, and advanced driver assistance features.
A Convertible Without Compromise
Aston Martin has engineered the Roadster alongside the Coupé to ensure uncompromised performance, handling, and structural integrity. Enhanced aerodynamics, race-inspired suspension, and advanced electronic systems make it a true driver’s car, whether on the open road or the track.
Aston Martin Chief Executive Adrian Hallmark sums it up: “The Vantage Roadster offers all the thrills of open-air driving with no compromises to the dynamic capabilities and refinement of the Coupé. It’s a world-class convertible experience.”
Available Soon
Deliveries for the Vantage Roadster are set to begin in Q2 2025. Joining the Coupé and other flagship models like the DB12 and DBX707, it reinforces Aston Martin’s position as a leader in performance and luxury.
