Louis Vuitton’s Restoration of Palazzo Taverna
Louis Vuitton’s restoration of Palazzo Taverna blends Milan’s heritage with luxury craftsmanship, offering art, design, and Italian gastronomy.

After three years of meticulous restoration, Louis Vuitton has reopened its prestigious Milan flagship at Via Montenapoleone 2.
Spearheaded by renowned architect Peter Marino, the redesign of the Palazzo Taverna beautifully blends Milan’s rich heritage with Louis Vuitton’s signature craftsmanship.

The neo-classical exterior, featuring ionic columns by Ferdinando Albertolli, evokes the timeless elegance of Milan.
Inside, the store showcases luxurious materials sourced from Lombardy’s finest ateliers, with a staircase inspired by the iconic Villa Necchi Campiglio and a sun-drenched courtyard beneath a breathtaking glass skylight.
This space pays homage to Milan’s architectural legacy while offering an immersive Louis Vuitton experience.

Guests can also indulge in an exclusive culinary journey, with the introduction of Da Vittorio Café Louis Vuitton and DaV by Da Vittorio Louis Vuitton restaurant.
In collaboration with the three-Michelin-star Da Vittorio restaurant, these venues merge understated sophistication with innovative Italian cuisine.
The café serves elevated "luxury snacks," while the restaurant reimagines classic dishes like osso buco with saffron risotto, shaped into the Louis Vuitton Monogram flower.

The store further enriches the Milanese cultural landscape with a curated selection of contemporary art, alongside an entire floor dedicated to Louis Vuitton’s Objets Nomades collection.
