Haute Cuisine Meets Haute Couture at the New Café Dior by Anne-Sophie Pic
Café Dior by Anne-Sophie Pic in Chengdu blends haute couture with haute cuisine, offering a refined, multi-sensory gourmet experience.

Maison Dior is pleased to announce the opening of Café Dior by Anne-Sophie Pic in Chengdu, curated by the world’s most Michelin-starred female chef.
This launch marks an exciting new chapter in the creative collaboration between Dior and Anne-Sophie Pic, who has designed an exquisite gourmet experience for Café Dior in Chengdu.

Inspired by the oval, an emblem deeply connected to the rich heritage of 30 Montaigne, her creations explore a refined interplay of textures and colours.
Signature Dior motifs, including the iconic cannage pattern, the couture bow, and the revolutionary New Look, are reimagined in artistic appetiser presentations. Meanwhile, desserts pay tribute to timeless Dior symbols such as the Granville rose and toile de Jouy, transforming them into edible works of art.

Bridging the worlds of gastronomy and design, these culinary creations also honour the legacy of renowned dishes crafted by André Pic, the chef’s grandfather. Additionally, they draw inspiration from La Cuisine Cousu-Main, a remarkable collection of Christian Dior’s favourite recipes, beautifully illustrated by René Gruau.

Café Dior by Anne-Sophie Pic is a poetic blend of haute couture and haute cuisine, offering an enchanting, multi-sensory dining experience.
