SAINT LAURENT continues its long-standing collaboration with Bang & Olufsen with the launch of an exclusive new release, marking their fifth joint creation. Under the direction of Anthony Vaccarello, the two brands have reimagined an iconic piece of design: the Beogram 4000 Series turntable.
First introduced in the early 1970s, the Beogram 4000 Series turntable became a defining aesthetic of its time and is now considered a design classic. This latest edition revives the legendary model as a collector’s piece, showcasing a fusion of timeless innovation and expert craftsmanship.
For this exclusive release, SAINT LAURENT and Bang & Olufsen have meticulously restored ten original Beogram 4000 Series turntables, transforming them into modernised Beogram 4000c recreated editions. Designed for contemporary use, this limited-edition creation seamlessly combines heritage, technical excellence, and contemporary design, appealing to both audiophiles and collectors.
Each $35,000 turntable is encased in solid ziricote wood, individually numbered, and finished with aluminium detailing and an etched logo, highlighting its exclusivity.
