Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda with Tim Burton and Monica Bellucci Among the Guests

For the first time, Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda has graced the streets of Paris, bringing the Sicilian soul to the enchanting city. In a breathtaking haute couture display, the historic Hôtel de la Marine at Place de la Concorde became the stage for a seamless fusion of heritage and elegance.

Titled Les Siciliennes, the collection celebrates the enduring exchange between Sicily and Paris, telling the story of Sicilian women on a passionate journey. Inspired by Baroque grandeur, it features glistening gold embroideries, intricate scrollwork, and flowing motifs that echo the ornate interiors of the venue.

Dolce & Gabbana’s signature aesthetic shines through capes, corsets, tailored suits, lace gowns, and regal coats, with black as the defining hue, mysterious, bold, and deeply symbolic of Sicilian tradition. Beyond black, a palette of emerald green, ruby red, and amethyst purple evokes the richness of Baroque art, celebrating feminine allure with passion and splendour.

The Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda guests embodied elegance with their sophisticated style. Monica Bellucci dazzled in a lace overcoat adorned with crystals and pearls, while Tim Burton opted for a classic black Sicilia-cut suit.

Catherine Deneuve’s look was elevated by an Alta Gioielleria brooch and diamond-and-amethyst earrings. Carla Bruni stunned in a draped red satin dress, and Eva Herzigova captivated in an exquisite black velvet corset gown.
