Despite the challenges for both nature and vineyard workers, the intense summer months allowed for an extraordinary and promising ripening of the grapes.
Day by day, the vision of an exceptional vintage took shape in the vineyards. It was not until the morning of 15th October that the renowned noble rot, Botrytis cinerea, began to develop rapidly and abundantly.
Soon after, a period of warmth and persistent southeasterly winds ushered in a truly outstanding harvest.
