Bentley Motors has announced the launch of its latest apprenticeship programme. This unique opportunity offers aspiring talent the chance to join the company as it moves towards full electrification.
The 2025 intake includes apprenticeship roles in sectors such as Manufacturing and Research & Development. Based at Bentley’s state-of-the-art ‘Dream Factory’ in Crewe, the programme provides structured training, hands-on experience, and expert mentorship, equipping apprentices with the skills needed for a future in electrified automotive innovation.
